Face Mask: Oatmeal, Strawberries and Honey

Facial skin type:

Normal or Dry skin.

How much:



10-15 minutes

    Helps to produce collagen.


    * 2 fresh strawberries (cut into cubes and soak in light salt water)
    * 2 tablespoons oatmeal
    * ½ teaspoon honey
    * 1 piece paper mask (soak with water)


1) Put the oatmeal into the blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

2) Put the strawberries and honey into the blender and blend on high for another minute. Pour the mixture into the mask bowl.

3) Use a brush to apply the mixture on the face upwardly, and place the paper mask on the face, leave for 10-15 minutes.

4) Avoid areas around the eyes and lips.

5) Rinse off with cool tap water.

How often:

1-2 times a week.


Do not use this face mask recipe if you have extremely sensitive skin or are allergic to the above ingredients.
